Call center is a room where telemarketer sit at the phone bank with the costumers and prospective customers.
There are two types of call center 1: inbound call center 2: Out bound call center.
In an inbound call center the telemarketer receives calls when a customer calls with an inquiry.
In an out bound call center the telemarketer call the prospective customers for sales.
Again call center are divided into two group 1: domestic 2: international.
Now a days the telecoms sectors are increasing day to day. So every telecoms companies need a customer care department for better services.
So there are lots of chances in telecoms sector like: BSNL, Reliance, Idia, Vodafone, Airtel, Aircel etc and Money more companies are coming near future.
Qualification for the Call Center Job:
All most all the call center need 10+2 student having good command over English, Hindi and their regional language with basic computer knowledge.
Salary and Perks:
One can get minimum of RS4,000 per month from starting with other perks in a domestic call center.
But in an International call center like: G, Amex, Transwork one can get more than RS 20,000 per month.
